Refunds & cancellation

Last updated 6 July 2026 · covers netmap · payments processed by Paddle

netmap is sold as a subscription by Uplink, a software studio run by one person (Noah Abrams). This page is the refund and cancellation policy. Payments and refunds run through our payment partner, Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for every netmap purchase — a charge reads as Paddle on your statement, and refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method.

The short version

01Try before you pay

Every netmap install begins with a 7-day trial with every feature unlocked, and after that it keeps running as a free demo — so you can build real paperwork and export it (watermarked) before deciding to subscribe. The trial is the test drive, and the 14-day refund below is there regardless.

02Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time by emailing support@netmap.show, or from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you're not charged again. Your paid features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then the license returns to the free demo. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period — if you want both, say so and you get both (below).

03Refunds

Any charge is refundable in full for 14 days. That covers your first payment and every renewal after it. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to show a fault, and it does not matter how much you used netmap in the meantime. Ask inside the window and the money goes back.

There are no exceptions to this and no conditions on it. If a sentence anywhere else on this site or in the EULA appears to narrow it, this page wins.

To request a refund, email support@netmap.show from the address on the account. That is the whole process — you can also ask Paddle directly using the receipt they emailed you. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle and usually land within a few business days, depending on your bank.

04Who processes the payment

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for netmap: they handle the checkout, the receipt, sales tax and VAT, and any refund. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to the transaction, and you can reach their buyer support for billing questions.
